Pamela has an extensive travel
background and 15 years
living in the Napa Valley, she knows what to expect from a top
notch concierge and she knows when their heart is just not
in it. She is the exception to all resort concierge. For
personal and exceptional experience Pamela is the concierge

Pamela's extraordinary attention to detail and the fact that
she stayed at most of the resorts throughout the Napa
and Sonoma Valleys provide her with vast experience of
the Napa Valley and surrounding areas.
Pamela was the Concierge Supervisor at Meadowood Resort
for almost three years in St. Helena. She catered
to the needs of the most discerning visitor with a
passion unequal to any resort concierge in the valley.
Her
guests desires and needs were met and often exceeded their
expectations.
Pamela's extensive international travel has made it possible
for her to feel very comfortable with people with various
tastes and palates. She has stayed in every type of
